Refund policy

Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, and still have the original packaging which is still unopened. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, if this happens contact the manufacturer directly. The returned item must also have the original receipt that came with it. 

 

Exchanges
Exchanges can be sent out in exchange for your product instead of a refund. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the return requirements above.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

 

Pre-Orders
You may cancel a Pre-Order at any time. If the product has already been shipped out to you, the Refund and Exchange policies above will apply. There is no penalty for cancelling a Pre-Order. You can be refunded on your original payment method or as store credit.
